After attending culinary school, Cikizwa Galela started Ciki Graceland Café, bringing familiar South African food to workers at an Old Mutual office park in Cape Town. Her menu included local favourites such as sheep's head and ulusu, offering a convenient lunch option during the working day.
The challenge
Cooking and transporting food from home every day was slow and limited how many customers she could reach during the working day.
